Check out www.crossfit.com this blog is affiliated to that site. There are groups all across USA and the world (like this one) that follow the crossfit model.

I hope that you find one close to home. I've been doing this for about 3-4 months with the crew here in Townsville Queensland Australia and I am loving it.
