what a punishing work out this morning. Painstorm definitely lives up to it's name. I think my little toe on my right foot doesn't hurt but maybe that's because it's numb. I know for sure that my shoulders are still sore from Thursday's work out. Brett and Michelle, you guys are A.N.I.M.A.L.S. !

Strong work all. For those who got a DNF don't worry,It was time that beat you, I know you would have finished if we had enough. Post where you got to and next time try and beat that mark
I'm so glad for the mercy rule... This was my first group and first crossfit session, well and what a session it was...
Only got to 30reps in the 2nd lot of lunges and the mercy rule got applied. Awesome work by Brett and Michelle and everyone else who was there and endured the Storm.
Should be making this a regular thing to help supplement my BMX training.
All right tomorrow for those who are keen, Fight Gone Bad at my place 1400h. I should have some new faces there and you can get a score to beat or check against your last.
