Thankyou CFX for todays workout

Four Rounds for time:
21 Cleans 40/25kg
15 Over Head Squats 40/25kg
9 Pull ups
400m Run

Did the workout with two boys from perth. Chasing one and trying to keep ahead of another, training with a group is great to up the intensity.
CFX call this the finisher and i now know why.I almost died.And the final 200m up hill on each run is just an extra bonus
