Good Runs Chris, way to hold off Michelle!

I did main site WOD this AM - AMRAPs make me want to cry.

Brett 43kg, Errica 17kg AMRAP in 20 of 5 Thrusters, 7 Hang Cleans, 10 Sumo Dead lift High Pull.

Brett 7 Rounds + 5 Thrusters
Errica 8 rounds

Damit she got me!

Sprints were my thing as a tike. Michelle almost got me on the 4th round but couldn't hold on on the 2nd corner. I only got the times I did as I thought Michelle was on my tail. One of the few things that I can best her at.

All of us felt like we could have been sick at one stage or another during this morning's work out. Awesome result for all of us.
