Looks like we are going heavy with the Thruster tomorrow.(Sunday 1400)

7 sets of one.

We will warm up with lighter triples until we find a load that we struggle with on the second rep and then aim to get 7 sets of one out with that weight or slightly more depending on how we feel.

well that was my first Angie....and she kicked my butt even with a Team assisted chin ups...my poor little arms are feeling a little muppet like.
Good work by all :-)

now i have a bench mark to try beat next time Angie comes back to kick my butt, again...

would like to join you all for a Sunday session, but going to do some laps down at Ayr....

Brett working on base, Lavarack then rAAf from miday till 9pm so wont make it this week.

Hi adam,"its not important what the coach can do, what is importantant is what they can get the athelete to do" Plus im the one behind the camera ;)

I did my angie the day before, witness by the PTI and several CFL's on base got a 23:34 of a heave beam rather than a bar.

But if you really want to see my suffer, and I know you do, go back to last sunday and watch the Fight gone bad vid that brett made.
