7am Start

I am training here tomorrow about 1400ish if anyone wants to come around Fi and Scott probably will be here as well as Errica and I.

Hey Brett,

Got me a bout of tonsilitis. Feeling much better after being on antibiotics for the last 4days.
Thinking about going for a jog tomorrow as I'm feeling almost 100%now. Might even come along tomorrow.

Chris glad you are feeling better. Brett i have to work at the area pool tomorrow from 1000 to 1800 so i wont make 1400 :(

5km jog in 29min 10sec. Not bad really.

Wont be able to make it this arvo though as I have a family bbq to get too *sigh* have fun :)
