Hello all from Games Village World Masters Games in Sydney. I am having a fantastic time. The Water Polo is a very high standard and quite exhausting but we are going ok, 2nd on the table at the moment, might make the finals on Saturday. In the Soccer I have only had limited game time because of my knee just defending the box with the goalie. The overseas teams from US Canada Hawaii and Europe are again a very high standard, we are getting our butts kicked. I have also watched some Athletics and the Womens Weightlifting.
The whole Masters experience 28,000 athletes at the opening ceremony) is an amazing fun time and so inspiring I find myself planning the next Games already!
Congrats Jeff on your Muscle up, train hard everyone and I'll see you all next Tuesday.
