Hope you all did well today for the running festival, that will be me next week for the City to Surf.

Thank you for letting me train with you all while I was in Townsville for 6 weeks, I had an awesome time with all you incredibly motivational people! Thank you!

Hopefully I'll see you soon for a WOD or two!

Good luck for the Hard N Up challenge next week in Brisbane, I'll be keeping an eye on the blog.

Fiona - Thank you for being such an awesome trainer and kicking my arse into gear, I'm getting closer to keeping up with Veronica!

Hey Everyone,

Did 10km run yestarday 51:27mins.
Rest day today. I also have some rings set up so I can get muscle up's sorted out, got another 6months to get it right.
Does anyone know where I can get a good set of bumper plates, Im after maybe a set with fraction plates and bar also. kettlebells Australia.com seem to be the place so far.

5k @ the townsville running fest 20.14, I was aiming for under 20, missed it by 15sec, damn.
