"Fight Gone Bad"
3 Round Version
Wall ball 10ft target 20/14lb
Sumo deadlift high-pull 35/24kg
Box Jump 20 inch
Push-press 35/25kg
Row
Rest

Spend 1 minute at each station, resulting in a 5 minute round and 1 minute break. The clock doesn't reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate" the atheletes must move to the next station immediatly. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower, where each calorie is one point

Sorry Brett. I was waylaid last night by very persuasive friends. Moment of weakness. I'll be there next Saturday and during the week as well:)
