10 Bench Press
10 Back Squat

Increase load each round, there is no time component to this workout

Front Squat
1st 10 = 40kg
2nd 10 = 50kg
3rd 10 = 60kg
4th 10 = 70kg

Bench Press
1st 10 = 40kg
2nd 10 = 50kg
3rd 10 = 60kg
4th 10 = 70kg

It's been Months since I've done any bench press, I think it was one of the first things I did when i started back on my recovery. Definitely cool to do some strength stuff again.

Back Squat : Stayed light, on 30kg all 4 rounds as I'm still sore from those 100 front squats at the Hard'n up Games! Worked on Technique, getting deep and keeping chest up.

Bench Press : 30, 32.5, 35, 37.5. No shoulder pain, seems to be only overhead.
