I've done my 6 Push Ups today this morning. :)
Did the continuous running clock WOD with clean and jerks 60kg. Result: 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5.Also my 6 push ups
O-lift development WOHang Power snatch 4 x 8repSnatch Pulls 4 x 8OHS Snatch grip 4 x 8Back Squats 4 x 8Pullups (sup, no kip)3 x 12Close grip puhups 3 x 12
