HI all
Well those who didn't join us for hard'nup missed out on an awesome day 126 compeditors of all levels 70+ Males and 50+ females and the latest we ran behind, till the finals was 15 minutes.CrossFit NQ's team was united in ther WE KNOW SQUAT Jackets, which everyone loved( we may have to make some more)
2 Burtal workouts were published at 12:01 Saturday morning
100 Chest to over head (press, jerk, push press) 40kg/30kg. The catch every time the bar went below the chest (ie you but it down) there was a 10 KB swing penetaly24/16kg before you could pick it back up and continue. and a 10 minute time limit.

2nd WOD AMRAP in 10 min
7 SDHP 50/35
7 Burpees

Jeff scored the first heat of the day so was our R&D guy, its always hard to be first and he did a great job givin invalable feed back to the rest of us about how to tackle the WOD's

Competing, counting, time keeping everyone had a go at every thing. The the top 5 compeditors made it to the finals a deadlift ladder. Starting at 80kg women and iincreasing by 2.5kg
Men 145kg and increasing by 5kg.And winner determined by highest % of body weight lifted

The CrossFit community is growing in australasia with 10 or more affiliates bringing crews to join the fun.

Next year is going to beigger an better, so lets have double the crew to send down for next time

More updates, later but for now i have to sign off because i cannot bend my arms this morning and typing like this is starting to hurt.

Hey guys,

That's an awesome effort! Can't wait to see the times. The jackets looked brilliant, very cool!

I ran the city 2 surf today with 74 999 other people, little crazy but I made it to the finish! 103mins with a 14 min loo break due to the line, I think I over-hydrated! So it was about 90mins which I'm stoked with given I've never run more than 7km and crossfit was my only training! I think the castle hill runs made heartbreak hill easier!

Great work guys! I'm in the hurt locker also so I'm veged out on the couch! Take Care x
