I found it hard to shoulder press the 25kg 3 rounds @ without being tempted to push press, it's like the mind and body knows theres an easier way and instinctively wants to take that option. I had to really concentrate on not using the legs.
But I got them done in the end and my shoulers feel good today.
And my hang power cleans were better, still not firing every rep but I can feel the difference between right and wrong so now its up to me to practise and then practise some more.
