What do crossfitters do when they are on a stopover between flights???
Go and do a WOD at the nearest CrossFif Affiliate,of course!
That's just what Brain (CrossFit Laguna Beach, USA)and I(CFNQ),in Sydney for less than 24hrs did this morning under the watchful eye of Andrew(CrossFit Sydney)

Rx'd Fran using a chin up/dip station and add the 'bodies in motion' rule

My first rx'd Fran, chin ups killed me could not hit more than 5 at a time...

Thanks Brett, was hopeing to go faster but I think the cumulative effect of the lunge/squat PT session plus a long day of death by power point can't complain too much.
