It's too busy and too many people to be social. I think you would have to give it a few weeks, the girls I worked in with this morning and yesterday were very encouraging, and yes, all the trainers are very thorough. I like Crossfit Nth Qld's relaxed tropical open air style,Fiona's box really does rock.

Good for you Robin. I have worked out there before with the 6am class. The trainer there is a friendly guy.
I didn't find the groups as social as we are.
8 Ball workout was good. Muscle ups yet another thing to work on. The list gets bigger and bigger.

did 8ball this morning, MU transitions sub'd in for MU's, but apart from that as rx'd and stayed way infront of the 8ball...
I fully agree I think we have it pretty good here :)
