Remember NO Group Session at The Box today as Fiona and Brett will be down at the Australasian CrossFit Games Regional Qualifiers, Fi will be Competing and Brett will be Judging
Went out and bought a kick board and a peanut floatie thing to keep my legs afloat while working on my stroke. I then spent about an hour or two doing laps at Tobruk. What a relaxing way to spend a Saturday morning :)
I was places in the heat with the favourits which ment turning up at 6am to register then having to wait around till 10:10 to warm up for my heat at 10:50
WOD 1 Three rounds 10 C&J 40kg 15Ring Dips 20 K swings 16kg
Result First in heat and First overall for the workout with a time of 10:51 possibly 10:52
Second WOD @ 4:10pm 21-15-9 Burpees Pullups 400m Row
Time 13 some thing 5th out of my heat but not sure of overall placing
Nice work Fi, i take it you managed to string those dips together???? Thats about 3 minutes down for Saturday last week, isn't it??
you have fun with that dune run....only a 1190m gut check + the first 10m where it takes you to workout you have only travelled 10m but felt like much more... Go get them...

For all those who watch the biggest losser , its THOSE sand dunes.
Its been a great weekend so far, very well run now im off to eat
