ON the 15/11/08 I did 4 rounds, today 5 rounds and 5 box jumps(start of round 6). Also last year I did 30 step ups, today all box JUMPS so I am getting better, just need to land on the box lighter, like a cat not, a beached whale.
a good workout to come back to after 3 weeks out of action. Chose a scaled option for the dbells. Pullups still going OK.
