Round 2 = 2 Power Cleans
Round 9 = 9 Power Cleans

I'll pop in tomorrow (sunday) to catch up and then head onto to Tobruk for a swim. Yes, I feel that swimming is taking the place of running in my life right now. I thought I'd say it before Brett get's in there :P I bought a pair of volleys so I'll have shoes to wear in. See ya tomorrow morning

Thanks for opening the box this morning and flogging my arse. It's amazing how much difference 20mins of amrap can make. I feel much better for it. Swimming for 1/2 hour with a friend also helped to wear me out too.
Nice to Katrina there for the first time in months, she's getting some good results. Keep up the medball practice.
Thinking of buying a bike. Anyone got any recommendations on what and where to buy? I don't want to go over the top really. But functionally good would be nice :)
Adding Cleans to the end of each round would put a whole new spin on Cindy, especially from about round 5 onwards...but no where near as fun as a birthday party @ Lollipop Land...
Chris - go and see Ben @ BNG sports over in Railway Estate, always helpful compared to some of the other bike shops.

Tuesdays Am crew did this see blog entry for tuesday 21st.
Also kim informed me that she did 8 rounds and only got 7 power cleans finished not 8 as originally posted.
