My first CFT, had a miss on 70kg Press and 190kg deadlift, time to start working the Press to bring it up a little to get it more inline compared to body weight percentage moved like the Squat and DL. PLus only only need 153lbs more to make 1000lbs total, but small steps...

yay for heavy days, no scaling this one, time to go all out and try get 3 PR's and a good total

Total : 165kg
BS 105kg, Press 55kg & Dead 152.5kg
CF Total 312.5kg or 688lbs.
