Indurance WOD for time : Walk Castle Hill with weight vest trying to keep up with Nicole and Fiona powering up like women possessed. My time : 1hr and 10 minute I think. Then swim 30 laps at Tubruk pool with coach Katerina reminding me NO STOPPING EITHER END ROBIN. My time : approx 55minutes. Total time :Aprox 2hrs 10 minutes but guess what! I discovered I am much fitter,faster and sronger than ever before after just 3 months of more consistent effort. Wow!

Initial trials found that the ride and comfort of the new model F rower was better than expected.
