yay for beep test....level 9.1 then 6.95 rounds of the AMRAPi'm claiming .95 of the 7th round since i was all but 10m from the line when time was called.
A second yay for the beep test.....Level 9.8 then 6 rounds of the AMRAPI will take the beep test over rowing for 30 minutes any day.
