So should come down and do so skills and drills but after getting to bed at about 1.30am then up @ 5am, I think hat will be a rain check and hit the 6am session tomorrow
Damn, I was keen to work on all of those things. I have a sore shoulder at the moment so it might not have been a good idea anyway, due to the fact that I’m not a local, I don’t know of a GOOD doctor who could check this out for me, can anybody help? I don't think it is a training related injury, I have had a twinge there for a while, and it’s a bit worse than it has been at the moment though.
Mick go to a physio rather than a doctor to get it checked out. I've gone to the physio's at Sports Med Angus Shoulders . backs . elbows)and Pual (knees and hips)for years they work ith both the crocs and cowboys so are used to working with people who need to get back on deck quick and wont mess you around. I'll sms you some phone numbers if you like
