Conga Line : Bench Press & Pullups

This is a team
"Lynne"
5 rounds for max reps
Bodyweight bench press

There is NO time component to this WOD
Workout is scored by adding each teams total reps

First person does as many rep of bench without racking or resting on the chest, then without rushing goes to the pullups bar and completes a max set of pullups. As the first athlete completes their last bench rep the second takes there place. On finishing both the bench and pull up reps the athlete goes to the end of the line. The bench is never open for more than a few seconds and no one begins there pullups until the athlete ahead drops from the bar

Nice to be back. No worries about taking it easy on the come back trail. My leg is not backward in coming forward when demanding payment for services rendered to the brain. With today's work out plus the Aqua session I'm stuffed. Arvy nap is a definite must today.

On the subject of the Aqua session today. I found it to more of a work out than I had anticipated. I noted that all the burly gym-bunnies-cum-footy-type guys that came along didn't see what hit most of them as well. Definitely a well rounded group there today.

That big group was a group of trainiee personal trainers. I dont think they knew what hit them when the tabata intervals came out :)
