Did 36 pushups, 66 sit ups and run a solid 10.31 2.4k, even after a 5k yesterday and being a little sore still from saturday's WOD. Time to start aiming for sub 10min 2.4k without running more than I have too, since I can't recall the last time I ran 2.4k in one hit.....
Did Helen, 11:51. Does towing a dog on a lead for the 400m run count for anything? Off to do some more of the green stuff in the bush tomorrow, but should make it for Saturday session. See you all then.
Probably with joy after next wednesday since I am running the session but it's already got 'abs' programmed in for the session...I was going to throw in some knee's to elbows but since that requires upper body strength and co-ordination, to many drama's at the time... So looks like it will be the usual sit up variations with some medball twists and some planks for good measure...or maybe Tabata will make a cameo appearance, that takes care off 4 minutes work just 26 minutes left to use....
Andrew no group session Saturday 4th. Both Brett and I will be down at CFX for the CrossFit Games Qualifiers. But there will be a workout on easter saturday
Workout was done as a 25 min AMRAP, but if you finished five rounds you could stop. Males 16kg KB, female 12kg Michelle 5 @ 22:25 Chris 5 @ 24:15 (sub bike for run)
