50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

10 again :) 11 if you count the one who went home sick 3 minutes into warm up, your not ment to be green before you start the workout. Hope you feel better by saturday Nath.

With a 33 minute cut off no one made it throught as rx'd, but kudos to everyone that tried there where a few that got awfull close. Everyone got at least 7 of the 10 exercises out.

So close.... yet so far. Missed the 10 by who knows how much. Lack of Knees to Elbows style caused a delay.

Body was spent after this one.

Maybe next time.

Ahem, I did proper knees to elbows. I am aching EVERYWHERE today. My first week back to Crossfit has left me feeling beat up. What an experience. See you all next Tuesday.

i always wondered what knees to elbows were.... not some sort of reverse sit up but something monkeys would do very easiy....
