Oh boy. I am so stuffed.That one had me yawning the top of my head off at work by 2:30pm. And coffee wasn't doing it job either.So what's the next one? :P
Last night I did:500m row400m run500m row400m run50 x SDHP 16kg400m run50 x SDHP 16kg400m run50x SDHP 24kg400m runTime 19.40Was pretty stuffed at the end, little bit sore today, but overall feel pretty good, looking forward to Thursday arvo's session :)
