Woohoo! Finally starting (*that's definitely just starting) to get my head around double unders :D
My shoulders are definitely feeling worn out but all the work this morning's punishing work out.
I and I like it :P
I wonder what other hard core work outs are going to come out of that deck of cards o_0

Great work on the DU chris I used them in my warm up this morning and struggled to stitch 11 together in a row.
