I reckon the warm up was almost as effective as the work out today. I reckon this work out is a keeper.It didn't look like too much on the board but was a good work out once you're in the guts of it. Almost came acropper on the box jumps but I recovered with some dignity :P
Just had another look at the picture you posted for today Fiona. Awesome action shot. Good balance of colour, composition and movement. Definitely a keeper

Was a great session, but going by the chin up bar with the rings hanging from them in the pic I think the morning sessions warm up might have been a bit more full on then the arvo crew :D

Did total this morning and then busted out 10 Muscle Ups for time (9:51) when I got home from uni just now.
3 in a row then 7 singles. 30 here I come(age and muscle ups!)
Definitely a good turn out for a Thursday.

Ghee thanks chris,I just picked it because it was the only one I managed to get with everyone doing an exercise rather than moving between them
Jayme and Scott you missed out on 3x 10 pullups and ring pushups in you warm up, but dont worry we will make up for it saturday.
