Yes Monday nights session is on as usual at Gymnastics Townsville.
Flexiblity and core work are on the cards.

Did the weird Jackie workout from a few days ago on the HQ page.
1000m row, 21 Thrusters(20kgDBs),15 Pull ups 8:18 2 mins rest 750m row, 18 Thrusters, 12 Pull ups - 6:52 2 mins rest 500m row 15 Thrusters and 9 pull ups - 5:25. Lots of broken sets I need to work more metcon!

Played with deads in the Warm Up and got 120kg(honest I weighed the bar) for 5reps.
