Three rounds of:
Row (cal)
Thruster 35kg/20kg (reps)

Kettlebell Swings 24kg/16kg(Reps)

Chris, looks like my strategy paid off I think I got 213 and Errica 210 so I demolished her!
Scottie is 'sick' the same as a hair washing adventure?
Great job everyone - although it was a bit light on people wise lucky we had a new wring in Andrew and he went till he spewed - Impressive.
What a long day it's been. I'm wiped out after that crazy session in the morning and then 7 hours running around in the sun at the races. I was not 100% today Brett......honest o_0 I don't what the bug is that I've been battling but I wish it would push off:-*

Special mention to Andrew who has been crossfitting at home and came and trained with us today and just happened to meet "pukie". Welcome
Sorry about the no show guys, and sorry for the late notice Fi. Got a ridiculous migraine Friday lunch time, took some drugs and thought I had it licked for this morning, was up and dressed ready to go when it struck again.
Took some more drugs and headed out to the races because we already had tickets, shouldn't have wasted my time. Saw Chris out the front when I was leaving but don't remember much, just trying to get home and get some more drugs to stop the pain/pounding/vomiting...I too meet puckie, but not on the terms I'd perfer.
See ya's Monday...hopefully
PS Brett, did you hear back about that chin up bar? Do you want the details of the freight company from LA to Brissy?
Any one up for an "Angie" tomorrow?
Scott, no one got back to me about the pull up bar and i don't need the freight info at the moment 'cause I'm not buying any gear for a bit.
Sorry to hear about your migraines. Hope you are better this week.
I'm out for Angie. I got golf then Uni.
ok, what's angie (*shudders)? I might be up for it just for kicks you know.
Scott, I wasn't gonna dob you in...honest :P. I didn't think you looked too fresh. If I wasn't still on work time I would have offered you a lift home. Hope you feel better real soon.
"Angie"
For time:
100 pullups
100 pushup
100 situps
100 Squats
Ok, I'm going to have a go at Angie at home a little later and post the time up here. I've just set up my rings so I'll christen them on this work out. I'll do my best.
ah, no go on the Angie attempt. I did a warm up of 3 rounds of 15 sit ups, 15 back extensions, 10 pull ups and 15 push ups. Plus 1 minute of skipping at the start and the end. Though I did try for some double unders in there.
I'm still shattered from yesterday. Guess I'm a big girl :P I'll give Angie a go when I'm 100% again.
Don't feel bad Chris - the hardest thing in my opinion, and the most rewarding at the end, is doing crossfit workouts on your own. The option to just stop is always there and i took it and stopped nearly every workout I did on my own when I started. Now I dig deep and even if I finish with a lousy time I still celebrate the fact that I put myself through torture that was avoidable because I new the feeling afterwards would be worth it!
