Graeme, I watched that vid after the 30 HSPU WOD and wished I had seen it before - by traps are still fried,
Today's Workout-
Modified Trevor Teams of Three 200 Pull Ups 300 Push Ups 400 Sit Ups 500 Squats
Rules: only two people working at any one time to achieve the totals as a team. All variants count as one rep but aspire to do the hardest type you can. 60 minute mercy rule.
Team one was Scott B, Jacinta and Hans with 30:02 Team two was Chris, Errica and Robyn with 34:20 Team three was Scott A, Aurea and Nathan with 35:00
Great work everyone almost some more pukie patches this morning.
Remember(Lecture time) the magic is in the movements not the numbers or times. Focus on movements you can be proud of then worry about more or faster.
