From today dips done in WOD can be included in your challenge total

Caveman Custard
2 bananas
1 can coconut milk
3 eggs
Cinnamon

Combine all ingredients except for cinnamon and mix well.
Pour into custard or souffle cups (coffee cups or other oven safe containers work fine if you don’t have custard cups).
Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
Bake in oven at 150 degrees for approx 45 minutes. Custard will balloon a bit and you may see some liquid… its ok, it will work itself out. Chill & enjoy.

The results have finally been posted on the crossfit rocks website about the rock hard challenge that happened 16/1/10.
The results for crossfit Townsville are-
Brett finished at 6th overall with an outstanding effort on the day missing out on competing in the top 5 WOD by only 1 second.
I finished at 10th overall which I was surprised as I believed I would have finished worse then that with a total of 34 male competitors.
Robin finished at 26 even though not competing at rx'd standard still put in a tremendous effort.

My overall time for wod 1 and 2 was better than average but penalties for scaling and not completing the wods RX, especially wod 2 meant I finished 26th out of 31.

Lesson learned : 1. Get as strong as possible and compete RX. Even if you don't finish at cutoff, overall score is higher.
2. No nerves allowed. Really work on staying calm and focussed, pretend its just another wod, have your own goal. Dont what worry what people think, ie silly old lady, why is she lifting so heavy?

PS Robin no one from CrossFit NQ thinks your silly when you lift heavy. Because we know you one strong chick and can out deadlift most of us ;)
