Hi guys, great idea for a paleo challange Fi, diet is everything!!

This is my area of expertise and I would be glad to help anyone out, just chuck out a question in the daily comments and i'll get on to it.

I've been CF'ing for a number of years now (2nd person in MU club at CFNQ!!) and spent my last few years full time in nutrition, particularly paleo and low carb science.
