Sorry I didn't make on Monday arvo Fi. I got caught up trying to find my mobile. It's still hiding even after back tracking. Hopefully it'll turn up tomorrow.
I'll be at Corcoran park tomorrow morning though.

Monday arvo WOD for me was 30 muscle ups for time from CFBrisbane's WOD.
First time ever as Rx'd 15:02
I figured I would get a good time since shaving off the Mo. I raised $55 dollars for prostate cancer and mens depression next year I will try a seedier mo to raise a little more.
my first bear attack, it was brutal.. awsome, but brutal.
42.5, 47.5, 52.5, 52.5, 52.5
had to put the bar down on the last 2 sets a couple of times, it was killing me. I think i was racing the sets thinking i was doing it for time instead of weight, only had 5-6 min rest between sets as well. oh well no excuses, untill next time...
