Thanks to everyone who came along this morning despite a barmy as hell tropical morning.

Its agreed Double unders suck!

But we hate that which we suck at because we suck at it. Work your weaknesses and watch that which you hate change from one exercise to a different one.

Sunday WOD at my house will be either the 400m/50 squats WOD the main site Sunday WOD as it is posted - the suspense is killing me.

That's me, I suck at double unders :P I know I'm capable it's just my body is a bit dumb at learning and remembering how to execute them.

It may be a bit bold to put this out there but I think I'll be up for tomorrow. See you guys then.

Ok, I'm off to work on my Saturday afternoon napping technique. I'm not so good at that either but I'm going to give it a go.
