A little birdy told me it might be a 'murphy' tomorrow. I hope it is, I'm drinking bourbon and eatin pizza in preparation hahaa!


Oh god, I'm going to suffer whatever it is :(

On a serious note, where is the best place to find out stuff about the zone diet? (for dummies) I'm hoping pizza and bourbon is high on the list of things to eat :)

I cant find pizza or bourbon in any of it though...

I just did the Push Jerks from a couple of days back and managed to get a single at 77kg and an ugly as hell single(but probably three red lights for arm bend) at 82kg.
