Hey Fi, busy week for me... I'm not going to be able to any of the PCYC classes tomorrow.
Thanks matt.Brett, have you tries the 30 second transfer to pullups and then 3 minute rest between rounds cycle yet for "Lynne" its fun, insert evil laugh here. No Lynee for me today fighting on saturday so im on "light duties"See you all tomorrow
