Camera was great, it improved my depth, which was great. When some says 'go lower' It's all to easy to think 'man, I'm going deep'. Then when you compare what you see with someone else's squat to your own footage...priceless. Makes you focus that little bit more on improving and getting a better squat.
thanks for the session Brett, well apart from the throw down on the 500m warm up row, oh wait that was me who threw down, but just didn't have enough fuel in the tank, but the 1min 34.4second 500m is my PB and haven't done any rowing for about 12 months...
As for squatting, nothing but FUN, but 126.6kg for a sketchy 5 reps i'm happy due to the training lay off i've just had, but i did get my abilities and ambitions a little mixed up!!! Lost track of actual sets, but i think it was a: 1st set - 96.6kg x 5 (i think) 2nd set - 106.6kg x 5 3rd set - 126.6kg x 5 4th set - 126.6kg x 3 (F) 5th set - 116.6kg x 5
No worries everyone, I love having crew around to train - more people means more eyes and more critiquing. My squats are a personal goal - I want that flat back all the way to the bottom with some big weights.

Heavy Squats were great fun! Good having so many analytical eyes at a session and the camera that never lies.
I will put a vid together and post it on Youtube if no one has any objections - may be a couple of days.
Thanks for coming round.

Thanks for having us around Brett :)
I'd like to 2nd everything that Scott said. That was a priceless experience when it comes to squats. I feel it improved mine 100%

But first you have to master the stick!
Thanks for having us over Brett, great to train with rather than just train others.
