i won't be, getting my new shoe's fitted :)

I was feeling a little average yesterday afternoon after the workout, but i think it must have been the cumlative effect of racing Friday night and then the Group session the next morning, but all good now.

Good session today, so I think I've come to the conclusion that pizza and bourbon isn't a performance fuel...who'd have picked that!!

Hey Matt, if you want I have all the assignment questions from the course I can forward you if you like? That way you can get an idea of what the questions are like etc.
You can also buy 'The essential guide to fitness: for the fitness instructor' and 'Fitness trainer essentials: for the personal trainer'
95% of the questions for the first 3 assignmnets are basically photocopied out of these books (which they also give you if you sign up for the course)
Another great book is 'Strenght training anatomy by Frederic Delavier' Basically has a heap of exercises with which muscles and groups are targeted for each exercise. They also give you a copy of this. I found it really useful. If you want to borrow any of them to have a look let me know and I'll drop them off next sesion to you or leave them with Fi.

Thanks Scott, that would be awesome. My email is wakeup15(at)hotmail.com

I won't really have much time to look at the books over the next few weeks, but when I do I'll let you know. Thanks.
