Use today to practice skills or catch up on a missed workout if you rested on another day or REST if you have completed your three days on,

Been slack the last few days after riding and travelling so much, but got the hopper deck out and flipped thru to the 1st BW only workout I could find and I found JT....15 minutes later after some very questionable HSPU on parallets and ring dips, which were both band assisted, the 'fun' was all over. Solo WODs are so much harder mentally since it is just you and the clock...oh and the 5yr old stealing the parallets between sets of HSPU

AM Crew did scaled version of yesterday workout with Hang Power Cleans and Pushups

PM Crew ( where al here yesterday so did Gymnastic skill focus
Worked basic handstand, dish, hollow rock and L-sit practice and finished off with "Tabata something else"

12 noon tomorrow/friday for 5 x 3 OHS at the Box if anyone is keen on getting in a workout.
