Sunday 4th January


With a continuously running clock do one 60kg Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 60kg Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 60kg Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Much better day, track had dried out really good, got much faster. Ended up 5th in age cruiser, 8th in bruiser cruiser and 7th in the semi of my 20" age class, drew the hard semi but that's racing. All in all it was a good weekend racing, there was some huge crash's, but I managed to stay rubber side down for all my race's.
