Hehee, not to often I'm the last one finished Chris, I'm just glad I did, but man I worked for it today.
Fi said I have less than 1 minute before mercy rules comes into effect, I had about 3 chins to go. I looked at Scott B and said "see, it's all about time management" :D
BTW Fi, I was talking to one of the guys at the lecture this morning about crossfit, he seemed pretty interested so I passed on your number. His name is Mark, hopefully he'll give you a buzz.

"BYO Kettlebells if you have them, the heavier the Better"
how heavy??? do i need to bring the Bulldog(40kg) along??? or can i bring something a little lighter like my 24kg???
Graeme, won't say no to the "bulldog" it could be fun. And and if your car can handle it the 32kg and the 26kg can be good use as will.
If not just stick with the 32kg and mabye a 24kg for warmup
no worries, i'll load up the Bulldog, the 32 and pair of 24, but the 16, 8 and 4kg will not be coming along for the fun...
I've heard the 'FUN' word throw around like this before.....
That was a tuff session, I got rid of some stuff into the kitchen sink when I got home...just made it!!
I dunno if it was the headache or the stuff I took for the headache or the workout that hit me the hardest. Glad I finished thou, was a tuff slog.
See you all tomorrow :)
Damn good session.
I was surprised that I did better than Scott. Mate you sure looked pale 'n peaky. Hope you feel better real soon.
I'm off to buy the "accersories" for tomorrow's outrigging. Geez I'm going to feel so butch :P
Yep that was fun, Flamo is excited about his next adventure already!
Hard sesh alright.

i don't know which the crazier part was, using flamo for the box jumps or the 40kg for SDLHP's..... I do wonder why i do it to myself sometimes....
I did 'Annie' yesterday, using buttefly situps (no anchor).
Took me 9:47
Not as fast as I would like, but nothing to hold your feet to the ground makes it tough.
Nice work Matt. Some of the videos have this done anchored which would no doubt give you a faster time.
