95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

Im working at the RAAF till 1pm then Nathan is helping my move some of the stuff into the new place from 2pm onwards.
Im going to do this workout at "The Box" around 5:30 drop me an SMS (no access to net from 0530)if you want to join in. Either in the workout or with moving detail.

Doing this one this evening on my Dad's lawn with old school standard bar and weight's that don't bounce.

Going to have to get resourceful to knock out a Michael tomorrow.

Ended up resting yesterday - Jet lag and chocolates a plenty made my will to train almost zero.

Did this with reek this morning
Brett 6 rounds + 4 SDLHP (47kg)
Errica 8 rounds + 5 Thrusters (20kg)

So hard to get going!
