Hi Fiona, I wont be able to attend the afternoon classes this week as I've got too much to do at work. Mornings are easier as I can get it out of the way before work.

Shoulder Press 40kg
Deadlift 92.5kg

Total 207.5 kg

Glad to have my 200lb DL back, but have to work on my squats

I'll be doing my best to be at tomorrow morning session Fi. I was planning to be at tonights session but I was doing stuff to get this course finished off, looked at the clock and it was 1745!! Doh!!

I'm also pretty sure I've run out 10 visit card, Saturday would have been my last one, so I'll just pay for the sessions I attend if that's cool? How much are they so I bring enough coin?

Brett, you have the best job, just surfin the interweb all day looking up cool stuff. The 08 games movie looks awesome, look forward to the full thing!
