Record load and pullup reps per round,
There is no time component for this workout but you must move from front squats to pullups in 30 seconds or less,
Rest as needed between rounds.

scaled by using total tonnage, or if you weighted 100kg 5 x BW would be 500kg and if you only FS 50 kg in the WOD you would need to do 10 reps
