I think the shoulder press (16kg)or weight for thrusters (22.5kg) should have ben a touch heavier and more challenging. I went light because I was still stiff and sore from the "killer" workout on Sat, but once I got warmed up and into the workout something was too easy.
I did the WOD fro CFX 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 Power clean 70/47.5, (me 50kg) Chest to bar pull ups Kettlebell swings 24/16, (me 16kg american) 28:21 My cleans need a lot of work.
