obviously didn't make it to the Box to do this, but did it at work:
Rnd 1: 1:31.7 new PB
Rnd 2: 1:35.5
Rnd 3: 1:37.1
Rnd 4: 1:36.0

I did a easy 1000m row for a warm up then i had a go at getting a max power output in watts, only after seeing the video on the journal http://journal.crossfit.com/2009/05/bruce-kocher-watt-contest.tpl which i hit 680watts, so i'll put my wanting to know how much power i could row, to why i didn't make a sub 1:30 time

Love the pic Fi. It's a bit "Strike a Pose" Just need some red eye reduction lol. Wish I didn't get that cramp this morning but then I'm happy with the first 3 rounds :D
