@ CFNQ this workout Thanks to CrossFit Brisbane

Complete in as few sets as possible:
42kg/30kg Overhead squat, 75 reps

Post number of sets to completion to comments. Greatest number of reps in any sets breaks tie. There is no time component for this workout

I did it @ CFB at 12noon with Maddie and Scott A, great to catchup with you guys, As well as Matt, Danny, wendy and all the brisbane crew

19/19/18/20 @35 kg.And yes I know that totals 76 rep but i was determined to get 20 in a row out.

We went a bit light but it was a good learning process,

Brian did it in one set,
Brad in two,
Adam in three,
Tim in four,
Errica in five
Kristy in four
and Jen did presses to rest her knee, nailed 75 reps in two sets.

Then those that did it in uder 5 or felt good had a crack at a slightly heavier weight for 10 - 25 reps.

All in all a good sesh, Well done to everyone!

Nice work guys. I found my reps increased each set for some reason.
12,13,16,19 and 15 to finish with 30kgs.

Hope to catch up Robin :) Very jealous that your on the cert, would have loved to get a spot on this one :)
