Well it was over 120 minutes of cardio fat burning fun for me this morning :D approx 40mins each way riding too and from the box from home. The remainder of that time was spent doing the Filthy 50. I still have to modify it though due to my left leg.
Subs were; 100 step ups in leiu of 50 box jumps; 100 high steps in place of 50 walking lunges; 50 back extentions on the abmat instead of on the GHM; and 50 single skips other than 50 double unders.
I'm stoked with my progress up to now from breaking my leg in January.

BTW I think you dropped something near the wall balls. Maybe you should go back to the box and pick it up.
How did you ride back to Kelso without your guts?
Errica that was not me! I had to step away! Whoever dropped their guts really had a good feed the night before. It put me off of my wallball rhythm. LOL
Well, it wasn't me either. But Jesus what a bomb!
