Thanks Brett. Get back into form as it hard to push myself without having someone to try to catch up too.
Where's Scott A.? He usually whips me for time as well. It was weird being out in front today with just Errica for competition (don't get me wrong she's good competition though).
I might head to the beach or the local running track to try out your tips Brett. I'll post results as I do them.
Sounds good Chris, Crossfit promotes a constantly varied approach and I agree even in the pursuit of single goal improvement like with running. As we chatted about mix up your distance and surface and in doing so you should reduce your likelihood of injury. The Dam run can be your benchmark run to see if you are improving. As someone once said you don't run a marathon to train for a marathon.
Lots of scaling and modification required today due to group containing regulars, new people, the injured and the pregnant.Every one got a great workout and it just goes to show that CrossFit is truly scalable:
Short Kelly 3 rounds for time: Run 400m 30 wall ball shots 30 Box Jumps
20lb ball 20inch Box Jumps Chris = 25:30 14lb Ball, 20 inch box jumps Errica = 24:04 10lb ball, 20 inch stepups x2 Robin = 27:00
Don't worry Chris, I'll be back :) just been a bit unwell lately, get over one thing and get hit with another straight after, body is probably a bit run down.
Nice work everyone, looking foward to seeing you all again soon :)

Good to be back just a pity I am out of action for a bit.
Jealous as hell of Chris making the 20 fly over the mark I love wall balls!
Great work to all and welcome Bruce and Kat.
